This issue will focus the consumption of fruit and vegetable in Germany. One of the questions answered by this article is, if the recommened intake of fruit and vegetable is achieved within the population. The data of the telephone survey "German Health Update" 2009 (GEDA) and EsKiMo, a representative survey on food intake among children and adolescents, provide the answers.
