The Robert Koch Institute is launching a new initiative as part of the EU Health Policy Platform. The aim of the network "NLPCGen.  Natural Language Processing for Cancer Genomics" is to highlight the importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze cancer genomes and identify important key genomic hotspots. By utilizing these advanced technologies, we seek to enhance the precision and speed of detecting significant genetic alterations and to deepen our understanding of cancer. Experts in AI, genetics, and public health are invited to join. A web seminar on September 27 will provide more details on how NLP can revolutionize cancer genome research.
